Will general Filebase map/mod browser and downloader inside OLX solve this?

having both would be good. as even after the filebase within client is working, it would be a couple steps to go out of the netgame, into filebase within client, then to navigate to desired file, and for new players or players with limited english it would be smoother for them to be able to do it while they are trying to connect or in a lobby already. the earliest successful multiplayer online games that i can remember, quake, had this behavior but did not have an in game filebase. i would view this feature as a higher general priority than the in game filebase, which seems like it would take longer to do and would be more necessary to professionalize the game if it were ever ported to a console which cannot surf the net.

if the client is kicked for not having downloaded the level/mod fast enough, or cannot join a game in progress that is using one that the client doesnt have, then there is an option to download then join in mid game later.
