Data spikes #51

Closed GoogleCodeExporter closed 9 years ago

Here I am with an issue I've been trying to solve for a few weeks...

My setup has pretty much become unusable... see attached the data spikes that
I'm getting...

I'm using an OS X 10.7.4 MACBook Pro which has worked fine before. This is
paired with a Omega HH802U.

I've tried changing USB cables, Thermocouples, Batteries, Reinstalled drivers,
Reinstalled software, MAC Power supply connected, MAC Power supply not connected

Any ideas are welcome...

I<m just about to try to change the computer

Tried with a Windows 64 bit I had here. Everything is back to normal with this
computer. I'll try again to reinstall Artisan and drivers.... Can you help me
locate all files so I can try a clean install?

Have you tried making the sample interval longer? Could be failed readings due
to too close sampling

Bingo. For whatever reason the MAC OSx setup add 1 Sec interval.... changing to
2 solved it... Thank you...

The next artisan version will set the interval by default to 3sec.
