Artisan TC4 - Popper suddenly stops, now it doesn't work #72

What steps will reproduce the problem?
I have an Artistan with the TC4 set up on a West Bend Poppery I.

I was roasting a batch, and then all of a sudden, everything turned off. This
has happened before, and I just simply need to restart the roast by stopping
the log and restarting it again.

But now, I get absolutely no response from my roaster. THhe fan doesn't turn on
and the heater doesn't turn on. BUT - I am getting temperature readings from my
thermocouples in Artisan. I don't understand why I am receiving thermocouple
outputs (which are accurate), and why I am not able to tell the heater or fan
to turn on. Could I have tripped the temperature sensor and it just hasn't
closed?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
On Artisan, I see the thermocouple outputs, but I am not able to control the
heater or the fan.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Version 0.7.2 on Windows 7

Please provide any additional information below.

This is most likely a hardware issue and not a software issue. For sure it is
not an Artisan issue.
