Steps to reproduce:

Configure settings to see tree chunks and/or levensthein distance
Open a diff
Modify settings to hide tree or levensthein
Modify again to show tree or levensthein

Expected result:

[x] File models keep in sync with buffer
[x] View models keep in sync with buffers
