cleanup of maven dependencies #31

amend project groupId and url
replaced local maven repository by maven artifacts
removed dependencies which are in the meantime part of the JDK 6/7

I have rebase this on top of a version change for pom (3.1) and remove unnecessary lib dir. Thanks for that, In this shape I have added continuous integration and now all is ready to implement the test suite
