`README.md` says systemd is required, but `./configure` knows `--disable-systemd` option. #484

Ahoj,

the README.md says that systemd is a requirement.

./configure has an option --disable-systemd.

Can you please either clarify in the README.md that systemd can be disabled (and what then is needed as dependency), or remove this ./configure option?
(I am on a non-systemd system, with udev, and thus I cannot provide systemd.)
