update install instructions for this repo #16

I kept strugling to understand why my .gitignore patters were not correctly parsed, finnaly I found out the code wasn't actually there, all this frustration came from copy pasting the instructions in the Readme File...

So, updating this to help future sufferers ;)

Hmm. First intention for this repo was to contribute upstream.

I guess is clear that will not happen, so let's diverge. I use this filter on regular basis so you can expect it to e maintained.
