Supported language codes in auto detection #103

Hi! I faced language code 0x26 = IBM866 is not detected because of no such case in DBFCharsetHelper. I think it would be very userful to support more language codes, may be from here https://github.com/infused/dbf/blob/master/lib/dbf/encodings.rb
