File processing worked in v1.11.2, but not in 1.13.0 #93

Hi,

I first found this library when 1.11.2 was the most recent version. I used it to process this Foxpro file with some success. When I upgraded to 1.13, the third column now always comes up null instead of its actual value. Not sure why that is, but I've uploaded the file to my google drive so you can take a look.
