Fix typo in ASCII charset constant #46

As the typo was only in the constant name, this fix shouldn't affect the external interface of the UniversalDetector class.

Thanks for the fix.

I'll merge, but I'm going to keep (deprecated) the old bad name for the moment, because it can be in use in the clients of the library
