Boundle macPPM with foohid #6

As you probably know http://github.com/unbit/foohid no longer provides a packaged version (.dmg) so installing it requires compiling and installing it manually. I've tried to make it work for a few hours but I've failed.

I was wondering if you could provide a release of macPPM with foohid bundled so that it will not be required to install it separately.

I was unable to build foohid too. There is no makefile in the project. But I've found a compilled version of the driver packed into a package of this project https://github.com/xythobuz/SerialGamepad . So, first intall SerialGamepad and then install macPPM.

I have just tested it in Liftoff. It works. Controller sticks do shiver a bit, but that is fine.

By the way, I have MacOS Catalina installed on my mac.

@phoenix-mstu tried but with no luck. If I understand correctly SerialGamepad is for usb connection, but I'm connecting the radio using an aux cable image
