Create zbx_edgemax_template.xml
- Renamed template to align with other zabbix template
- Changed MemTotal OID to the numerical designation
- Changed MemTotal OID to the numerical designation

Will solve #12.

Created a bug witch duplicates items. Will reopen a PR when solved
