Fotoframes support #20

Add support for fotoframes (Schmuckrahmen). Reads XML config files and does necessary transformations of clipart and mask.

small issue in McfResourceScanner.java ... else if (nm.matches(".+\.xml") && path.contains("/decorations/")) { ... works only at linux not windows :)

Manually merged with cherry picks and commit 7234576386ccbda6205b33cf2fa51c23cdb5ba75. Thanks for your contribution! (and sorry for the very late merge)
