Translated MusicBrainz listing preferred #70

I just had an album match http://musicbrainz.org/release/6354cf51-00be-41c0-8fe3-898f263b13c3.html. That release is a translation of http://musicbrainz.org/show/release/?releaseid=970306 and it would have been nicer if it had preferred the track listing from that one.

OK, so there's a relationship that we can use in this case. Ideas on how it should choose? I think some people are going to want the native version too. Another option sounds yuck though. Why did we not detect both releases and ask what to do? Because PUIDs are only attached to one, and not the other?
