建立孵化项目申请、评估、反馈渠道 #129

根据周日的总结会议，ALC Beijing已经在2021年，花费更多的精力在帮助中国潜在的开源项目成长上。 我们应该在微信公众号、官网、合作媒体等显著位置，贴出收集有孵化项目意愿的项目，提交评估的报告。ALC成员进行评估、反馈，并建立邀请mentor的相关机制。
