With matlab/python/r scripts done, I cleaned up the repo.

Moved breakout files into a Tutorial_Instructions folder
Moved group leader instructions to wiki so readme just focuses on 3 steps all attendees need to take
Double checked every hyperlink, fixed broken ones
Removed unused media files
fixed broken matlab path and updated subscript folder name
fixed x/ylim issue in matlab script5
