PlotTDPs only seemed to produce plots for SiL1_3 and SiR1_4 #220

I'm running on the master branch and run 3610. It seems odd, since this didn't happen before and I definitely have pulses in Ge-S and Ge-F (unless we now need to change the MaxTimeDiff values because of the new time offsets)

So we initially thought this might be linked to the issue above but it wasn't. We now have a solution for this described in the above issue (the problem was that the constant_fraction values of corresponding fast and slow channels were different and so weren't being found).

I will close this issue once the fix is committed.
