I'm going to merge this into master so that I can get the updated target position code.
This mostly adds the configuration files for each change in the target position and rotation.
It also adds the ROOT macro I used to get the number of protons stopped in the thick silicon detectors.
There is one change to the code so that stopped particles also includes tracks that are fStopAndKill.
