Merging this branch into master. Ignore the name of the branch since this has nothing to do with Al100 was just what I thought I was going to be using this branch for.
Most of the changes are in scripts I've used for my analysis (alcap/scripts/Al50/) and in the configure files (alcap/configure). There are the following changes in src/PrimaryGeneratorAction.cc:
In muPC mode:
we now rescale px and py after generating them so that we go back to the total momentum that we had initially generated
changed the file name for the muPC profile input file
I'm not expecting any objections since Aji is using the simpler input modes so it should not affect his work (let me know if that's not the case, Aji :) ), so I will merge this in straight away.
I think I'm going to take this opportunity to make the geometry configure files a bit more manageable (i.e. not have it all in one file) but I'll open a new branch for that.
