AE g4 upgrade #59

Here's a bunch of files and scripts that I've been using for a while. It won't currently merge automatically so I will handle that. But do let me know if you see any issues with all this.

The only major conflict is that I removed R15b_gen_mu_preSiT, which should be replaced by R15b_gen_mu_SF1-XX

I agree. I don't think it will make much difference. I will try to get a final answer as to whether nominal thicknesses include dead layers...
