g4sim Always Crashes at the End #7

g4sim always crashes at the end of a run. This seems to have no effect on the output from the simulation and it's believed to be safe. I'm just leaving an issue here for when we eventually get around to fixing it.

Sorry guys my fault! Crash happened while deleting managers so it has something to do with double delete I guess. I can confirm it's harmless, though it's pretty ugly. I hope I can find some time to figure it out.
