Submit Throwback theme package #321

Feel free to reject if you think a theme shouldn't require a special font the user has to separately install.

Sorry for the -very- long delay @jpmhouston.

I'm okay with having a special font requirement (though we should think about a way to package these with the color theme in the future - refs https://github.com/alcatraz/alcatraz-packages/issues/233). However, I'm a little uneasy with hosting the theme on Dropbox. Would you consider hosting it in Github instead?
