Added New Plugin "HCTAutoFolding" #356

Hi, please add my plugin to your package manager. This plugin automatically fold all methods and functions in source files when opening. I find this really helpful when coding. You don't have to see the whole lot of code in the source file. Seeing method names should do the trick. If the method names are descriptive and actually does what it says in the name, that's it.

Could you open a PR that just adds your plugin, I'd be happy to merge that :)
