Add Swift Command Line Application Template #413

You're welcome, mate! Hey, I have a question. I thought Alcatraz would keep the directory hierarchy in the repo, Project Templates/Zewo/Swift Command Line Application.xctemplate. But when installed the hierarchy becomes Project Templates/Swift Command Line Application/Swift Command Line Application.xctemplate. This breaks the grouping I intended to use in the new project dialog.

Instead of this:

Reality

Is there a way to keep the original hierarchy? Thanks, mate!

I'm not sure off the top of my head @paulofaria, would you mind having a look at some other templates to see how they do this? If it's still unclear I can look into it for you, it's been a while since I've touched that code
