Fix broken screenshots URLs #620

Ran a script to check all screenshot URLs, and fixed/removed all the invalid ones.

Specifically:

XcodePerforcePlugin: HTTP 404 | ping @AhiyaHiya
HQBlockMention: Link to github page

The "Link to github page" errors were fixed, URLs returning a HTTP error were removed.

Thanks! I think the Quick templates are fine without a screenshot for now. If someone wanted to submit a new one, that'd be cool too! :)
