New world, No storm. #120

Every time I start a new world there is no storm at all and I can't start one due to the command being disabled. The world is covered in snow and registered by body temp mods but there is no storm. I am playing with a lot of mods so I don't know if its an incompatibility with something like the Weather2 mod.

I'm stupid and overlooked the config for the command, but it is still booting up the world with no storm.
