Add zh_cn translation file #1

And I found book.json file don't support i18n, hope make a support for it.

Lovely, thanks. I did some research, book.json is able to have the name / landing text entries be localization keys, so that can be fixed. If you want to translate those two lines I've added the localization entries into en_us.lang then I can merge this right away.
