Remove No Tree Punching tool recipes if compat enabled #26

Your other mod, Tinker's Forging, creates new knife, saw, and mattock heads for various materials but no new tools made from them show up. For example, I see all the vanilla material versions of the NTP tools but not any for copper, steel, etc; even though those tool heads are able to be created in the forge.

Ah, never mind. I didn't realize this compatibility was off by default in the NTP config. I must have literally just overlooked it. Might want to have it be on by default though...

In addition, having both mods installed does not remove the basic recipe for the metal tool items when the compat is turned on. For example, the iron saw can be made both ways; with two iron ingots and three sticks or the iron saw blade and a stick. This forces modpack makers to remove recipes and re-add them to get the intended functionality if they want only the Tinker's Forging way to work.

I've switched the other tools to be enabled by default. As for the recipes, if it gets fixed it will be a Tinker's Forging change that predicates that.
