give a way to undo "remove" #42

It's easy to accidentally click "Remove" when trying to move the focus to the 
interpreter.  This is a shame =)

Yea. I've been meaning to do something about that.

I think I will just remove that button entirely, and put a choice in the Editor 
menu.

I've removed the dangerously-placed 'Remove' button and put that option in to 
the menu instead. I also throw up a confirmation dialog before removing the 
page. That should make accidental removals much less common.

Undo should be possible, but it will be more tricky. I'm going to reduce 
priority on that part and mark it as an enhancement.
