way to zoom/pan?

1. draw something too big

Mouse wheel zooms in/out.

Middle button drag pans.

Middle button drag works; I don't have a wheel.  Any chance ^+ and ^- could be 
zoom in and out?

Added zoom options to View menu and added shortcuts for zoom in/out/100%
