Currently the wrapper scripts attempt to use /opt/adminware/cli as the base directory for the CLI causing them not to work, see https://github.com/alces-software/adminware/blob/develop/bin/sandbox-starter#L3

This also effects production-starter.

Nothing urgent as the sandbox can be launched in other ways but this is worth ironing out.
