Update docs to include instructions to load services/pdsh module before using pdsh command #55

The docs page http://docs.alces-flight.com/en/stable/basics/basic_cluster_operation.html talks about using PDSH on the cluster - in the 2016.3 version of Flight, users have to load the services/pdsh module before using PDSH, so we should add this to the documentation
