Update aws-launch page in docs to reflect AWS MP changes #56

We need to review http://docs.alces-flight.com/en/stable/launch-aws/launching_on_aws.html to check that it matches the actual AWS MP functionality after it was updated last month. Things I've already spotted are wrong:

The "custom launch" button is now called "manual launch"
Buttons are different colours (i.e. need to replace screenshots)
