Added command-line launch usage
Updated launching_on_aws page to clearly define the two launch types

Nice content for launching on AWS from the command-line, but I don't want this in the middle of the main document. The simple method is launching via AWS cloud-formation - please can you add a section on launching from the command-line under the "customising your cluster" section instead? Can you add a section on manual launch on AWS (i.e. no template, no scripts) as well please, with an example? The manual launch should probably come first, perhaps with the scripted version after it on the same page? Thanks!
