Issues launching t* instance types as compute nodes #22

When selecting other, then any of the availablet* instance types with a spot price of 0 - the stack will not launch with the following error: 

Unable to get mapping for FlightSpotAvailability::all::t2nano

This was fixed with https://github.com/alces-software/imageware/commit/4dba249f4f20f68300aa17ce19a6e391089693ce

We can no longer immediately fail a template because of the changes to CloudFormation - but can still abort stack creation if required
