Unable to launch `g2.8xlarge` instance type in `ap-southeast-2c` #23

Seem to be unable to launch compute hosts using the g2.8xlarge instance type in the ap-southeast-2 (Sydney) region in AZ c - get the following output from the AutoScaling Group:

Launching a new EC2 instance. Status Reason: Your requested instance type (g2.8xlarge) is not supported in your requested Availability Zone (ap-southeast-2c). Please retry your request by not specifying an Availability Zone or choosing ap-southeast-2b, ap-southeast-2a. Launching EC2 instance failed.

I couldn't see anything suggesting that g2.* types are unavailable in that region - so may be a temporary issue AWS are seeing; but may be worth double checking these instance types are available.
