`status` is probably broken, and possibly not worth having #455

Given https://github.com/alces-software/metalware/blob/8bd12ef2c8c073bc5f4bc575f5abad2ecbbaa4bb/src/status/job.rb#L98 and that the old Bash power script referenced here was removed in https://github.com/alces-software/metalware/commit/b202b7f92b939a08e1829eb31d6e8fdaf2d3fcae, I can't see how this can work.

And given that this has remained unnoticed for so long, and when reported at https://alces.slack.com/archives/C5FL99R89/p1540380060000100 it was confirmed that this command is seemingly never used, it's possibly worth just removing this command.
