Unable to Launch IDE - failing to load #5

Installed tested then Uninstalled but now IDE is failing to load
\ext\image-compressor.jar 
\ext\code-minify.jar
\ext\html-minify.jar

Would like to get these files and put them in the folder.

Have attached the Message.log
