release 0.2.0 #25

Together with the alchemlyb 0.2.0 release https://github.com/alchemistry/alchemlyb/issues/53 I would also like to release a new alchemtest, especially with the new Amber and Gromacs Extended Ensemble datasets. I would also like to get the NAMD data set in (#17).

I would like to remove the "alpha state" note and instead (1) point out that this library is under development but uses semantic versioning and (2) encourage users to report issues through the issue tracker.
