fix wstETH optimism support #572

Fix wstETH deposit on Optimism

I have no assets on Optimism so this does still need to be tested but the error is the same as the one that was happening on Arbitrum

The alchemistInstance.deposit needs to be called instead of gatewayInstance.deposit for wstETH
