2 months ago increasing the slippage to 2.95% fixed the issue. although making the contract failing gracefully would help users a lot.

What happened?
I added liqudity in pool AAVE aWETH with WETH, than i took aOptWETH, than when i need my WETH back I cannot withdraw cause system shows error Back when I trying to withdraw aOptWETH - everything ok, but I cannot swap this token anywhere, so I'm just stuck in your pools
