[REQUIRED] Describe the problem

How to reproduce:

I'm simply trying to do this https://accountkit.alchemy.com/reference/account-kit/smart-contracts/functions/createModularAccountAlchemyClient#createmodularaccountalchemyclient

creating the client.

No matter what I do, I get the same error: throw new GetCounterFactualAddressError(); ^

GetCounterFactualAddressError: getCounterFactualAddress failed

this is usually the case because an RPC request fails, can you check your network tab and confirm that there's no network errors during intialization?
