Dark theme #183

Most elementary OS third party apps now have a switcher for dark theme. Fondo and Melody do a very good job with this. Can this be implemented in Odysseus?

elementary's discussing adding a global dark mode switch, and when it does Odysseus will follow it. It already has that code deployed.

If you want an Odysseus-specific switch in the meantime, I'll accept contributions!
