Sign corso binaries

The corso binary is not signed and will therefore generates scary warnings on most platforms. The OS X warnings is added here as an example.

@vkamra @meain I'm not sure what this entails but if we want to release binaries, we should do this.

@gmatev This is complicated and is a relatively big lift with secure infrastructure requirements, etc. I would push this out a bit and we can handle some of the objections/workarounds in docs for now.

• Goreleaser has integration with gon to help with this. We will need to apply for a Developer Apple ID for Corso and hook up to Github actions. - Example from terraform-ls
