Implement Video Recording Capabilities #51

Todo: Add required configuration examples to alcounit/selenosis-deploy

Provided a video image in deploy via --video-image, selenosis will now spawn a video recorder if the capability is requested.

if you have any issues with my unit tests, let me know and i can expand them/rewrite them in a style consistent with what you want.
