Auth utils

Description

For auth we will need some utils like:

• create a cookie
• check if the Request has auth
• util for protected routes (throw a redirect if not auth)
• remove the cookie (for example log out).

This is directly inspired from this series of videos, you can check the code directly here.

Avoid copy pasting, or be sure to understand fully what is happening here.
