Description

The docs' OSC link is dead, seems like the OSC website went through a makeover

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Follow the OSC link on CONTRIBUTING.md for example

Expected Behavior

I think that it would be best to just link to OSC's main page, they went through the trouble of making it more organized
