line 106 is supposed to be test admin

@aldefouw - Actions taken on this Feature Test were reviewed and approved by RSVC leadership (Theresa Baker and Teresa Bosler) on 11-June-2024 EXCEPT for line 106. It should be admin, not test_user1. MJ putting back in to-do list for you.

No change necessary. test_user1 was correct user even though test_admin was logged in at the end of feature.
