The line Then I should see "Events cannot be modified in production" does not exist on the "Define My Events" page:

I think when the script was written perhaps the reference was being made to the "Designate My Events" page instead:

Removing that line for automated because it does not exist on the page.

Another consideration is that this feature was apparently removed as redundant for 13.7.15.
