Feature: B.3.16.100 - Import Templates - Columns & Rows

Task: Review Gherkin and adjust feature as necessary for syntax accuracy and test correctness.

@minigojones - This feature is probably one that I should work on.

The step definitions are going to require some alterations to make this work because there are two identical links that are only differentiated by the the around them ...

The links themselves are the same which is problematic from a selector standpoint:

Download your Data Import Template (with records in rows) OR Download your Data Import Template (with records in columns)

I would move on to a different feature.

@minigojones - No worries - it's really some work on my end. After I saw the feature, I remember making a note about this one just haven't had the time to circle back to the step definition yet.

I am doing some mandatory human subjects training this morning but I'll hopefully have some time late this morning to knock it out.
